Grayscale withdrew registration statements for three planned altcoin ETFs in filings submitted within minutes of each other on Aug. 7, according to EDGAR records.
The withdrawals followed a tight sequence: the Grayscale Cardano Trust ETF filing was accepted at 4:33:37 p.m. ET, the Grayscale Hedera Trust ETF at 4:34:55 p.m., and the Grayscale Polkadot Trust ETF at 4:36:47 p.m. — all within 190 seconds of one another.
Each Form RW cites the same reason: Grayscale does not intend to proceed with the proposed distribution of shares for the respective products.
