Galaxy Digital closed the second quarter with an $85 million net loss, driven primarily by lower digital-asset prices, according to results filed with the SEC.
Diluted earnings per share came in at negative $0.09, matching the company's adjusted EPS, a non-GAAP measure. Galaxy also posted $43 million of adjusted gross profit and a $77 million adjusted EBITDA loss, both non-GAAP figures.
The quarter marked the first period in which completed Phase I capacity began contributing revenue under Galaxy's data center lease with CoreWeave, part of the company's pivot into AI infrastructure. That pivot involves a $3.5 billion investment, against which Galaxy has projected $80 million in AI-related revenue.
